The Lions kick off their preparations for the tour of South Africa with a warm-up match against Japan at Murrayfield. For the first time since the first clash between the Lions and the Brave Blossoms, 16,500 supporters have been confirmed to be welcomed at the Scottish Rugby national stadium in Edinburgh.

Saturday’s match at Murrayfield is the first time the Lions will play on home soil since the 2005 draw with Argentina in Cardiff before they headed to New Zealand for their tour there.
